Lee Myall to step down as CEO, Kao Data

19th April, 2023 – London, United Kingdom Kao Data, the specialist developer and operator of high-performance data centres for enterprise, cloud, HPC and AI, has today announced that its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Lee Myall, will be departing the company.

With a long track record for leading businesses within the telecommunications sector, including WAM!NET, Interoute, and Epsilon, Lee will be pursuing a new challenge as the CEO of network operator, Neos Networks - one of the UK’s leading connectivity providers.

Lee will depart Kao Data with the company, senior management team and board’s considerable thanks for leading a period of unprecedented growth. Under his stewardship Kao Data has become a multisite operator, with a fourth data centre set for development later this year, and the company has experienced exceptional customer and corporate expansion during his tenure.

Kao Data is now firmly established as one of the UK’s leading providers of high-performance colocation, with a future roadmap for considerable development across our portfolio. Our senior management team will continue to lead the company and execute the go-to market strategy, as we deliver on the exciting opportunities ahead of us.
