The Kao Way!

Kao Data is built on a proud legacy of innovation. Our Harlow campus sits on the very site that back in 1966, Sir Charles Kao first discovered fibre optics, paving the way for the digital, hyper-connected world we all now take for granted.

The immortalisation of Sir Charles Kao’s incredible achievements in naming our company after him is part of Kao Data’s commitment to build on his pioneering legacy. This has evolved into the ‘Kao Way’ – a determination across our team to push boundaries, to think outside the box and foster innovation.
